This past week, the Chilean soccer clubs Curicó Unido and Palestino competed against one another in a tense encounter in a stadium in the country of Chile. Even though Palestine would end up winning the game with a score of 1-0, the true champion of the evening was not even wearing a single piece of athletic apparel.
This fluffy dog, who had no prior notice, decided to rush the field and seize the ball, which earned him the title of “champion.”
The cute interruption brought a brief stop to the game; nevertheless, despite this, the spectators continued to go absolutely crazy.
The player Maximiliano Salas was escorting the dog away when unfortunately, the object of the dog’s desire, which had been within his grip for a brief period of time, dropped to the ground.
Despite this, the dog did not seem to have any remorse about his audacious effort as it was being removed from the playing area.
Nobody knows for sure where the dog came from in the first place, but just by doing that one thing, he cemented his status as a legendary figure in the world of athletics.
