When Chelsea Mottashed received a notice from her camera, she was lying in bed attempting to get some shut-eye. She went to investigate, and while she was there, she observed the dog that belonged to the neighbor, whose name was Baby Girl.

It was 11:44 p.m., and Mottashed had no clue as to why Baby Girl was sniffing about their newly planted flower bed with her nose all up in it. She eventually got up and departed, but precisely two hours later, at 1:44 a.m., she returned and stood there, staring at the location where she’d been sniffing about before. Mottasehd was feeling rather befuddled till all of a sudden she understood.

“I was very confused [about] what she was doing at first until I realized that she was burying something,” Mottashed said in an interview with The Dodo. “I was so excited to share what I had seen with my spouse that I couldn’t wait until the following morning. Both of us rushed outdoors to investigate the noise.

As soon as the couple discovered that Baby Girl had buried some treasure in their backyard, they had no choice but to go and dig it up to find out what it was. Why did Baby Girl feel the need to dig up whatever it was that she buried in order to check on its progress? What was the one thing that she cherished above all others?

What is the reply? A slice of pizza.

According to Mottashed, “We often see the Domino’s delivery guy down by their house,” and “I think she may have found a late-night piece for herself,”

When the couple discovered what the treasure was, they couldn’t stop laughing. However, they came to the conclusion that they couldn’t bury it for her since they couldn’t keep their promise.

“We ended up throwing away the pizza because ants had gotten to it, but I did throw some dog treats out near her yard because I felt bad,” Mottashed added. “We threw away the pizza because ants had gotten to it.”
