When the year 2023 rolled along, Kimberly Williams-Paisley and her husband, Brad Paisley, were celebrating 20 years of marriage. The couple also had two kids, Huck and Jasper, and disclosed a special and endearing custom that they did every year with their family.
In an interview that took place in April 2021 with People magazine, the country artist said that he and his wife, who is an actress, marked each of their wedding anniversaries by writing in a notebook. In the book, the pair would each make a note of one of their most treasured memories from the preceding year.
Kimberly went into detail about the process by which they compiled their “greatest hits” or “meaningful moments.” The pair maintained a journal in which they recorded the times when they laughed the most. According to the actress, they chose to concentrate on the humorous moments since it helped them maintain a “sense of play.”

Then, exactly six months later, when they were still on the same pier, Brad stunned Kimberly by proposing to her with an engagement ring! The actress reminisced about the event and shared in a funny manner the precise location of where the proposal took place, stating, “He proposed right in front of the public toilets.”
The engaged pair could not contain their excitement and announced their engagement after just three months of dating. Despite this, they chose to have their marriage conducted by each of their respective pastors since they went to separate churches.
