There will soon be a new addition to the Wright family! The actress most known for her role in the Harry Potter series said on Friday that she and her husband, Andrew Lococo, are expecting their first child together.
Wright announced the news on Instagram in the form of a picture session depicting her expanding baby bulge on a mountainside bathed in sunlight.
“We are going to have a kid! Wright, who is 32 years old, captioned the photo with the phrase “So excited to share this beautiful land with them.” “What an incredible and humbling journey pregnancy is, transforming to make room for a new life,” said the woman. “What a wild and beautiful journey it is.” Both Andrew and I cannot wait till the latter part of this year when we will finally get to become parents. It seems as if they are making their way across my stomach to greet me in the form of a little rainbow.
In March of 2022, Wright tied the knot with Lococo in the city of San Juan Capistrano, California. After the fact, the wedding was covered in an issue of Brides, and in that article, Wright disclosed that Lococo had asked her parents, who are both in the jewelry design business, to create her engagement ring.
Ginny Weasley was portrayed by Wright in the acclaimed Harry Potter film series. The announcement of her pregnancy comes during the same week that representatives for her co-star Daniel Radcliffe revealed that he and his longtime partner Erin Darke had become parents to their first child.
Wright will soon become a parent, joining a rising number of her former castmates who have already taken that step. Rupert Grint, who portrayed Daniel Radcliffe’s on-screen friend, Ron Weasley, is the father of a girl named Wednesday who is 2 years old. Wednesday is his daughter with Georgia Groome.
