During the spring, employees at a shop located in the U.S. state of North Carolina filed a complaint with animal services over a stray dog that was housed at a nearby departmental shelter.

He allegedly goes to the shop on a daily basis in order to make an attempt to steal a purple unicorn.

Before the animal control officer came to take the dog to the shelter, she went out and got him this toy.

She freely stated that this was the most novel challenge she had ever encountered in the course of her profession.

On the Facebook page of the animal shelter, a post that described the occurrence quickly attracted a lot of attention.

It was clear from what was shown that the dog is content with the gift that was given to him, and he is not willing to part with his favorite ivy toy for even a second.

The name of the canine is Silu. He is now a year old, and the staff at the shelter says that he is tranquil and gets along well with people. They also mention that he is quite calm.

On social media, the Sislu post garnered more than 10,000 likes and was shared over 2,000 times.

After he had a picture session with the same unicorn, there was such a great demand for him that the next day, there were lines of people queuing in order to adopt him.

In the end, a solitary female was selected, and she was handed ownership of the puppy.
