A stray dog served as an unusual musical companion for a street musician, and the two of them together managed to attract the attention of passersby.

“[He’s] not mine, he simply showed up as I sat down and began to play the first note,” Sergei said to a local newspaper: “[He’s] not mine.”

Others took photographs, loaded his box with cash, and begged Sergei to take the puppy home, which he reportedly did despite his assertion that he already had a dog. Other people also stuffed his box with cash.
