Ice-T is determined to maintain a healthy body so that he can keep up with the active lifestyle of his daughter.
Making an appearance on The Big Tigger Show, broadcasting out of Atlanta on Audacy’s V-103 On Tuesday, the 65-year-old actor from Law & Order: Special Victims Unit discussed his life as a parent to his daughter Chanel, who is 7.
“Muhammad Ali stated it best, ‘When a guy has a kid in the second half of his life, after 50, it resets his life,'” he revealed. “When a man has a child in the second half of his life, after 50, it resets his life.”
“It was like starting my life over again; I became healthier, went back to the gym, began looking nice, grew sharper, and got stronger; now I have to live. I am unable to go anyplace, “He proceeded further. “I have no choice but to continue chasing after these bags.”
About daughter Chanel, he stated, “While I already had two children, it was the birth of this second child that really sparked a change in my life. You have to carry out these steps correctly.”
