Kelly Clarkson and Pink have just finished a spectacular performance together at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
After Pink kicked off the show with a highly choreographed performance of her most recent single “Trustfall,” the Grammy winner was honored with a performance by Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, and Kelly Clarkson, after which she joined the former American Idol contestant onstage for a vocally impressive duet. Pink is no stranger to the stage, having previously competed on the show.
The performance of the tribute began with Pat Benatar, 70, and Neil Giraldo, 67, performing Pink’s 2001 hit song “Just Like a Pill.” At this time, the “Raise Your Glass” musician’s daughter Willow yelled out the angsty lyrics from the audience. Benatar is 70 years old, and Giraldo is 67 years old.
After that, Clarkson, 40, onto the stage to perform 2012’s “Just Give Me a Reason,” during which Pink, who was in the crowd at the time, began singing along into a mike and eventually joined Clarkson on stage to complete the song.

After then, the artist who was doing “Miss Independent” left the stage, and Pink began doing a mash-up of her singles “What About Us” and “Who Knew.”
After that, she was presented with the 2023 iHeartRadio Icon Award, which was given to her in “recognition of her influence on pop culture, longevity, and continuing relevance as a touring and radio powerhouse with a passionate fan base worldwide,” as stated in a press release.
Clarkson took to Instagram over the weekend to make the announcement about her upcoming album Chemistry. She told her fans that the lyrical content of the album covers “the arc of an entire relationship.”

“It is named Chemistry because I was trying to find a phrase that truly characterized the entire situation because I didn’t want everyone to think that I was just coming out with some just like, ‘I’m upset.’ So I looked for a word that actually expressed everything, and I came up with Chemistry. I only have one or two feelings, and one of them is sadness “explained Clarkson, who in June 2020 presented her petition for divorce to her spouse of over seven years, Brandon Blackstock, claiming insurmountable differences as the reason for the action.
“This album is undeniably the arc of a whole relationship, and an entire relationship shouldn’t be boiled down to a single item in any way, shape, or form. Hence, there is some of both the good and the terrible, as well as the ugly, going on in it “She went on to say more.
The Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles is the location of the live broadcast of the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards, which are being broadcast on FOX.
