The first few months of Jina’s existence were fraught with unpredictability. Her one and only objective was to locate a permanent place to live in which she could finally relax, and she wanted to convey to whomever would take care of her in the future that she was capable of doing so. She made her way to the shelter after reaching the conclusion that she would take Jina in and provide her with the stable environment she had longed for for a very long time.

Although McCalum had not seen Jina before to bringing her up, when she finally did, she did nothing more than take her carrier and go back home. Jina was already tucked away in her bassinet when she came to check on her. Diana said that Jina first resisted what was going on and lacked clarity on the situation.

Jina hesitated, but her new mother was able to tell by the expression on her face that she, too, was surprised by how simple everything was for her daughter. Jina’s hesitation was visible to her. After so much uncertainty, Jina was finally back in her own house. The look of excitement on her face when she finally got a look at her brand-new home confirmed that the wait had been well worth it.

It took Jina about a week to get acclimated to her new surroundings, but as soon as she understood that she would be staying, she started to relax and let go of her worries. What do you think this story deserves, in your opinion? Tell us about it in the comments, please.
