Catherine Zeta-Jones makes fun of her family in her new video!
The winner of the Oscar posted a cute vintage video of her daughter Carys Douglas performing in a school performance on Friday. She also made a comparison between Carys and Jenna Ortega, the actress in Zeta-Jones’ successful Netflix drama, who is 20 years old. Jenna Ortega was born on Wednesday.
“Carys, my genuine daughter as a tiny girl.,” Zeta-Jones, 53, said in a description accompanied by a video of Carys standing on stage wearing a striped blouse in black and white and smokey eye makeup in the manner of the Addams Family.
Carys, who seemed none too thrilled about being engaged in the program and peered deep into the camera once she discovered she was being recorded, was the subject of a joke made by Catherine Zeta-Jones. “I have had a Wednesday Addams in my life for 19 years and 9 months,” she said.
“Morticia and I love you my little rain cloud,” added Zeta-Jones, making a reference to her leading role as the matriarch of the Addams family in the Netflix smash, which just became the first English-language series to cross 400 million watching hours in a single week.
At the beginning of December, Catherine Zeta-Jones gushed over the support that her sister Carys and brother Dylan Douglas, 22, had offered her during her career and marriage to cinematic veteran Michael Douglas, 78. Dylan Douglas is an actor.

The mother of two gave an interview on the red carpet at the premiere of National Treasure: Edge of History on December 5, where she went into additional detail about her connection with her children.
She said of her son Dylan, who was standing next to her on the red carpet at that location, “Well, he’s a nice son.”
She continued by saying, in reference to her family life, “It’s absolutely the greatest.” “I mean, each year gets better and better, and with such fantastic friends, I guess, in our family, which is great,” she said. “I mean, each year gets better and better.”
