Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have decided to sell the starter mansion that they had purchased for their rapidly expanding brood.

The couple has decided to sell one of their properties, a 9,680-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, for $21.9 million. The sale comes four years after the couple first purchased the home together. Tomer Fridman of Compass is in charge of the listing.

After spending a total of $13.5 million to purchase the property in October 2018, the business partners are anticipating a healthy return on their investment.

The hillside estate is situated on 1.1 acres and provides views of the Los Angeles skyline. It is hidden away in an exclusive area and can only be accessed by a private gated driveway. The inside of this building, which was constructed in 1971, features a contemporary style of design that contrasts with the building’s contemporary construction.

The house has open floor plans, windows that go all the way to the ceiling, imported stone flooring, and a variety of other design elements that contrast with one another. In addition to that, there is a stylish home theater.

The primary residence features a total of nine full bathrooms and six bedrooms, one of which is a master suite complete with dual walk-in closets and bathrooms, a fireplace, and a vanity area. In addition, there is a guest home on the site.

Sliding glass doors that run the length of the room open up to a peaceful backyard that features a beautiful, manicured garden, a resort-style pool and spa, a built-in BBQ, and a lounge space. On the summit of an uphill driveway with gates is where you’ll find the three-car garage.

Jenner, 25, and Scott, 31, purchased the home together just a few months after the birth of their first child, a daughter named Stormi Webster, who is now 412 years old in February 2018. Since then, in February of this past year, they have rejoiced at the arrival of a son into the world.

“The new home that Kylie and Travis have purchased in Beverly Hills is just breathtaking. It is modern, but at the same time, it has a really homey feel about it. Additionally, the land has a high degree of seclusion.”

“Negotiator and businesswoman Kylie is not one to back down easily. She was able to negotiate a fair price for the home despite her desire to purchase it “the insider continued, pointing out that both of the parents contributed financially. “She did make the purchase together with Travis. They purchased it with the intention of using it mostly as an investment, but it appears that they also intend to live there.”

In recent years, the couple has made significant changes to the composition of their real estate portfolios. In 2020, Jenner put her very first house, a mansion in Calabasas that she purchased when she was 17 years old, up for sale for just under $3.6 million.

In the same year, the Kylie Cosmetics tycoon moved up to a more luxurious home, which cost $36.5 million and was located in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles. Even more impressively, she was able to negotiate an almost ten million dollar reduction from the property’s initial asking price.

In the year 2020, Scott also purchased a new residence, spending $23.5 million on a “family-friendly” Brentwood mansion that served as a dwelling for the entire brood.

A source in the real estate industry said: “Since it was originally listed for $42 million in 2019, it is clear that he got a really good bargain on it. It is the epitome of the phrase “ultra-luxury meets family-friendly,” a description that perfectly describes this magnificent house.”

“It offers incredible panoramic views of the ocean and all the way to downtown Los Angeles,” the source notes, adding that the backyard, which is approximately 10,000 square feet in size, also boasts a glass-tiled infinity pool, a Zen garden, and a fruit orchard with approximately 300 trees.
