Stewart is on board even though it seems unlikely that Pete Davidson and Martha Stewart would get along.

The 81-year-old lifestyle guru took part in a game on Tuesday called Red Flag, Yellow Flag, Green Flag in which she had to hold up a flag of a specific color depending on whether or not she would go on a date with someone.

“Green is great, it’s okay, and I agree. A resounding “no” to red. Moreover, yellow denotes “tears,” Barrymore outlined the rules.

The actor from Never Been Kissed joked, “Your date has as many tattoos as Pete Davidson,” while referring to the first rival. When Stewart responded, the audience cheered as she raised her green flag.

Pete Davidson will be your date, Barrymore remarked.

Stewart didn’t take long to raise the green flag once more.

Barrymore alluded to online haters desiring a date between Stewart and the 28-year-old former cast member of Saturday Night Live.

Stewart remarked of Davidson, who was most recently linked to 42-year-old Kim Kardashian, “I mean, he’s dated so many women.”

Barrymore questioned, “So what?” Stewart said, “I’m not suggesting that is wrong, though. He’s kind of adorable, and I think that’s excellent.”

Stewart later concurred that “Davidson said, “Everyone loves him, and I know him…

Do you recall that he and I were on the [Justin Bieber roast together? He was such a tiny twerp. He was more adorable than Justin Bieber.”

The actress emphasized, “But everyone has such good things to say about Pete Davidson. He must be a decent person.”

Stewart admitted, “Oh, he’s a good man,” before making fun of Davidson’s few relationships, saying, “Very good guy and he knows how to get in and get out.”

Their age difference won’t be an issue, according to Barrymore, who concluded the talk by remarking, “He’s open to… age is not a thing for him, just saying.”

Stewart has previously been head over heels for Davidson.

She dismissed a meme that surfaced recently in August, days after a source told PEOPLE that he and Kim Kardashian had broken up.

According to Stewart, Pete Davidson “is like the son I never had.” “He is a sweet young man who is still finding himself. He’s been invited to appear on my show, and I’m eager to hear what he has to say.”

Her remarks were in reaction to a trending tweet that featured a picture of Stewart holding hands with Davidson as she appeared with him and Kardashian, 41, for a photo at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in April.

The image was captioned, “We should’ve seen this coming,” and it has now received more than 44,000 likes.
