The international premiere of “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story” was a reason for Daniel Radcliffe and his fiancée Erin Darke to celebrate in grand fashion.
Thursday night at the Toronto International Film Festival, the actor, who is 33 years old, and Darke, who is 37 years old, were seen going out together to attend a showing at the Royal Alexandra Theatre.
Along with the movie’s namesake, the actual “Weird Al” Yankovic, director Eric Appel and costar Evan Rachel Wood, who portrays Madonna in the film, were also there. Wood plays the role of Madonna in the film.
Quinta Brunson, Julianne Nicholson, Rainn Wilson, Toby Huss, and Jimmy Walker Jr. also feature in the film, which is a biography that “holds nothing back” and boasts the tagline “holds nothing back.”

Earlier on in this year, Yankovic released a statement on the project in which he lent his support to Radcliffe. The vocalist of “White & Nerdy,” who is 62 years old, said that “I have no question whatsoever that this is the part that future generations will remember him for.”
Radcliffe and the actress Darke first became acquainted while working together on the set of the film Kill Your Darlings; Darke shares Radcliffe’s commitment to the performing profession. Darke discussed her connection with the actor in an interview with PEOPLE magazine that took place in 2018.
“One of the first things we bonded over was how much we really love what we do, and there’s something that’s really beautiful and really lovely about being with someone who just innately understands that about you,” she said at the time. “There’s something that’s really beautiful and really lovely about being with someone who just innately understands that about you.”
“He helps me produce self-tapes occasionally,” remarked Darke. “As a side note, he is an excellent reader. We both have a very positive outlook on the professional endeavors of the other.”
