Allow us to acquaint you with the rescued cats that the Atlanta Humane Society has brought in so that they may have a better look at the underwater world. Nemo, Dory, Guppy, Bubbles, and Marlin are the fitting names given to this litter of tabby kittens, all of whom have names that are associated with marine life. These inquisitive kittens may have been able to view more fish than they ever would in their whole lifetimes because they were given the opportunity to observe them.
Additionally, this was not the first time that the Georgia Aquarium and the Atlanta Humane Society had worked together on a project. Two weeks before to the arrival of these kittens, a pair of canine brothers named Carmel and Odie, who also loved their welcome, were introduced to their new home.
It shouldn’t come as a surprise that rescue groups are in a jam since the Humane Society, like many other public non-profit organizations, has no choice but to cease providing their remedies and can now only offer restricted adoptions. On the positive side, Nemo, Dory, Guppy, Bubbles, and Marlin continue to live in a loving foster home, while additional rescues are being cared for as they wait for adoption services to resume normal operations. And this harmless advertising effort is guaranteed to help us inform ourselves about the endearing rescued animals and the spectacular aquatic life, so that we will be encouraged to visit them sometime after the quarantine period is through.
Given that the film in question has received more than 2 million views, it is safe to believe that the message was received favorably by the demographic that was intended. We send our best wishes for perseverance to the Georgia Aquarium and the Atlanta Humane Society at this challenging time. And in the meanwhile, be sure to appreciate the little things in life — cute kittens and adorable puppies are just what we all need to get through this difficult time together.
