It was reported that a golden retriever “is being buried,” but one of his canine companions doesn’t want to put his comrade to rest.
They shared a home for a substantial amount of time, during which they showed each other affection, attention, and joy, all of which contributed to his ability to connect with him.
He was unable to come to terms with his passing and flatly refused to be buried; as a result, he struggled emotionally and subsequently slipped into a deep melancholy.
Without a companion, the Golden Retriever experiences feelings of isolation.
Every day, he can be seen standing by the grave of a close friend, almost as if he is conveying his feelings of isolation to another person.
