In April, they submitted the necessary paperwork to change their names to that of their mother’s maiden name, which is Vivian Jenna Wilson. Xavier said in the legal petition that they submitted in the California court that they do not want to be linked to Musk’s father in “any manner, shape, or form.” Musk, who is now 50 years old, had Xavier and his twin brother Griffin in 2004 with his first wife, the Canadian novelist Justine Wilson.

On Friday, a court in Santa Monica, California, is going to hear arguments on the petition during an event that is set for that day.

From the year 2000 to the year 2008, Musk was married to the Canadian novelist Justine Wilson, who is also Vivian’s mother. Their first child, a boy named Nevada, was born in 2002 but passed away at the age of 10 weeks from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). After then, the couple went on to produce sons named Xavier and Griffin as well as triplet boys named Damian, Kai, and Saxon, who are all now 16 years old.

Despite the fact that their father has shared custody, the five adolescent sons have chosen to keep a relatively low profile. Musk also has two additional children with Canadian artist Grimes. Their names are X A-Xii and Exa Dark Siderael, who is also known as Y.

Gervais’s stand-up special on Netflix called “Supernature” received more backlash for the comedian’s gags that made light of racism, identity politics, and Hitler.

Despite this, a great number of people who watched Ricky Gervais’ show took to Twitter to express how much they enjoyed it. Furthermore, on Sunday, a staff writer at The Atlantic named Conor Friedersdorf tweeted a screenshot from the website Rotten Tomatoes that showed that 92 percent of the more than 250 people who watched the special rated it positively.

In the same vein, though, the stand-up act was only given a high grade by one-fifth of the seven expert reviewers who evaluated it.

Musk responded to the criticism by writing: “The “critics” want not to criticize, but rather to virtue signal.” They have lost their credibility with the public because they are no longer in touch with the general populace.

In the meanwhile, in the month of April, Twitter staff lashed out over Musk’s plan to purchase the firm, accusing the wealthiest man in the world of racism.

During the ‘impromptu’ all-hands meeting, employees yelled furious questions at officials, including the CEO, Parag Agrawal, who was noted as seeming exhausted and sometimes annoyed.

An employee who was present at the meeting voiced concern that Musk’s ownership of the company will make it more difficult to attract new workers because of his anti-gay and anti-transgender views.

“What should we say to the LGTBQ community at recruiting conferences that we’re lined up to attend when they ask us why they should come work at Twitter when we just sold ourselves to an open homophobe and transphobe?” “What should we say to the LGTBQ community at recruiting conferences that we’re lined up to attend?” Twitter’s Chief People and Diversity Officer, Dalana Brand, was questioned by a member of the workforce.

May 2018 marked the beginning of Grimes and Musk’s relationship, and the couple had their first child together, a boy named X AE A-XII, in May 2020.

In December 2021, Musk and Grimes became parents to a girl named Exa Dark Siderl Musk, also known as Y. The baby was delivered via surrogate.

During the month of August, Grimes and Musk took at least three of their five teenage boys on a trip to Florence, Italy; however, it was unclear whether or not Xavier was among them.

On Friday, the next hearing in court on this matter is going to take place.
