This 16-year-old dog was in danger of euthanasia at the shelter because no one wanted to adopt him. He was little more than the skeleton of a dog, his fur matted and missing in spots where it should have been.

But Bear’s good fortune was about to run out. When a family found out about him, they decided to offer him a second opportunity. It would seem that all Bear needed was a little bit of TLC since the metamorphosis that has taken place is quite remarkable.

The dog, who was later given the name Norman, discovered a number of pleasant places in which to slumber.

Just a tiny bit of affection was all that Norman need.
