So many individuals are gifted with abilities that they never get the opportunity to demonstrate. In England, a television program is attempting to alter that reality, one unsuspecting artist at a time!

“Michael McIntyre’s Big Show” is a popular television show in the United Kingdom that stars Michael McIntyre. Their “Unexpected Star” section takes average people into the studio under false pretenses, only to have them invited to play in front of a live audience of nearly 2,000 people! Andy Quinn, one of their most recent stars, surprised everyone with his hidden brilliance

And although Andy, who was nominated by his wife and father, works as a fireman by profession, he’s always secretly dreamed of being a star on a Broadway or West End stage someday. He agreed to “deliver a safety lecture” when Michael approached him about it, only to find himself on stage with a microphone in his hand, surrounded by professional musicians.

Andy selected the song “Bring Him Home” from the musical “Les Miserables,” and his rendition is nothing short of spectacular. This is one someone that should consider quitting his day job!
