In Thailand, Orawan Kaewla-iat, a lady who feeds street animals, said on Facebook that when the dog is hungry, he would give anything to be fed. “Every day, he comes into the office with something in his mouth — typically a leaf, but sometimes a piece of paper,” says the teacher. Prior to feeding the other dogs, you must first feed Tua Plu and his mother.

The dog recognizes that acting in this way is more loving than just going directly to the stray’s rice bowls and begging for food. Thousands of people from all around the globe responded to Orawan’s letter, which included a little video of the courteous doggy in action.
