His bond with Dexter the Pit Bull had been the best thing that had ever happened to him, and there will never be a term to adequately describe the sense of hopelessness he felt after losing Dexter.

Oscar, on the other hand, was obsessed with grief when Dexter died unexpectedly after a serious illness. The emptiness in his life was enormous, and he had no idea what to do with it at the time.

In order to acknowledge the tangible consequences of Dexter’s death on Oscar’s health, the cat’s family was compelled to do so. It wasn’t long until Oscar’s fight with Inflammatory Bowel Illness (IBD) reappeared, and his health began to deteriorate rapidly, all because he missed his canine companion too much and was emotionally worried at all times. As Oscar’s will to life began to wane, his family considered adopting a brand-new furry pet to keep him company. Jude, a weak Pit Bull pup with juvenile bone disease, was brought to their attention at that time. Jude was born blind and with spinal deformities, and his family decided to adopt him in the hopes of providing him with a better life.

With all of his physical difficulties, Jude managed to amaze everyone with his incredible zest for life. He was a great navigator who never took his foot off the gas. As a result of his upbeat personality and constant activity, it was only a matter of time before the melancholy Oscar was compelled to take attention to him! While Jude was a complete clown with other dogs, he was aware that the depressed little Oscar was suffering from a variety of different types of discomfort. The cat was not only accepted by him, but he was eventually enabled to break free from the chains of his tremendous grief as a result of his loving acceptance.

As of now, it has been more than six months since Jude entered Oscar’s life, and the two of them have truly become each other’s havens. The miracle is quite heartwarming. The healing abilities of this differently-abled child, as well as his positive outlook, have implanted in everyone a unique viewpoint on living life to the fullest, despite all odds. To discover how a crippled Jude restored Oscar’s wounded soul and demonstrated to the world what it truly means to be “happy”.
