The interior really does have a calming affect when she was in her sitting room and I was admiring the smooth fireplace and picturing the fire place on which is a calming affect on its own.

The beautiful trees outside were a pleasant surprise because she lives in an area that desperately needs the conservation of California Native Plants and trees, which serve as outstanding habitat and food for many of species of birds and butterflies, as well as being excellent at water conservation and thriving in climate. She appeared to be surrounded by a lot of beautiful trees and plants, creating an oasis for outdoor lounging.
