Kennel owners are well aware that their pups, like humans, develop habits and have very specific likes and dislikes that they adhere to. Like so many other small children, this young boy in the video below will not fall asleep until his caregiver sings him a bedtime song.

Putting Puti to bed is an unusually lovely experience for the red puppy pit bull. Using a charming song to coax her dog Puti to go to bed, the dog’s father can be seen doing so in this adorable viral video. He begins to sing, and the dog responds by smiling and looking him in the eyes with a tenderness that gradually grows heavier. Even though he couldn’t keep his eyelids open, you can see a sense of calm and peace washing over the gorgeous pup.
