Ordinarily, Elizabeth Lara considers carrying the mail to be a rather routine task — that is, until she arrives to Milo’s residence.

“I see him on a daily basis,” Lara told The Dodo in an interview. 

Every day, as if by clockwork, when the mail is delivered, Milo is there to convey his strong feelings about how the mail is being delivered.

“Whenever I attempt to put in the mail, he continuously begins slapping the mail or my hands, but just in a fun manner; he never uses claws or anything like that,” Lara said.

Every time Milo notices that the mail is about to fall through the slot, he leaps to his feet and tries to bat it away. It has become one of his favorite activities. The fact that Lara enjoys visiting Milo’s house despite the fact that delivering the mail there might be tough at times owing to Milo’s games is one of her favorite features of her route.

According to Lara, “I was finally able to capture it to share with those who make my day a hundred times better.” “He’s one of the kindest people!”

When it comes to batting the mail away, Milo will never tire of trying, even if it always manages to make it through. He might be able to keep the mail out of his house for a while longer one of these days after all.

While she waits, Lara will enjoy every charming attempt and be thankful that she was able to land the most pleasant postal route ever.
