People all around the world have been touched by a heartwarming video featuring a homeless guy from Colombia who is celebrating the birthday of his dog.
Choco José Luis Matos is seen snuggling with his dogs in the video, and he then brings out a cake and sings “Happy Birthday” to his dog before passing the cake around to his other canine companions in the footage.
