Cassie recently testified that they performed some swinging, and Diddy’s defense is arguing that his sexual tastes are a part of the lifestyle of a swinger.

In the course of the cross-examination that is taking place between Diddy’s defense attorney Anna Estevao and Cassie, the latter has revealed that she had discussions with Diddy about a “swingers lifestyle” when they were in a relationship.

The singer claims that she had the opportunity to observe swinging firsthand when she followed Diddy to sex clubs and saw him have sex with different women on many occasions. This seems to be a reverse of the freak-offs, in which a previous witness said that Diddy would watch her have sex with a male sex worker.

“Related in a sexual way, yeah,” Cassie said in response to Estevao’s direct question about whether or not the freak-offs were connected to the swingers’ way of life. In contrast, they are rather distinct.”

One of the most important aspects of Diddy’s case is the fact that he is a swinger. Marc Agnifilo, who is the head of his legal team, has said in the past that being a swinger is so prevalent that Diddy probably didn’t give it much thought.

Diddy’s federal indictment from the previous year makes reference to the now-famous “freak-off” parties, describing them as “elaborate and produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded.”

During Cassie’s cross-examination, the attorneys for the billionaire seem to be attempting to prove that some of the alleged sexual conduct was part of a swingers lifestyle. This is in contrast to the assertions made by the prosecution, who assert that the behavior was the result of sex trafficking and compulsion.
