Kayla Nicole, who used to date Travis Kelce, is permanently leaving her position in Chiefs Kingdom. She claims she is eager for another team to win the Super Bowl since Kansas City’s recent supremacy is “boring.”
On Monday, during an episode of “I Am Athlete Daily,” the influencer and “Special Forces” contestant gave her opinion on the Chiefs’ attempt to win a third consecutive championship. Even though she used to be a regular at Arrowhead Stadium for years to support her former partner, it is obvious that she is no longer a fan of K.C.
Kayla noted that the triumph she saw all those years ago has lost its appeal, and she is actively cheering for the Buffalo Bills in this weekend’s AFC Championship Game. If the Chiefs lose, it means there will be a new king of the NFL.
Brandon Marshall, a former NFL great, brought up Kayla’s history of supporting the team, but he said that he didn’t want to get “messy” with her background. He also wondered what made Patrick Mahomes “so special.”
Kayla praised Mahomes for his talent and knowledge of the game, as well as the ambiance of the stadium and Andy Reid’s coaching. Then, to everyone’s surprise, she mentioned her previous boyfriend, stating that he is a sure thing when it comes to his hands.
Kayla had previously spoken about how she had to distance herself from the Mahomes family because of their increasing closeness with Taylor Swift, who is dating Kelce. She said that she needed to protect herself as everyone else moved on.
However, she has made it obvious that she would not let her personal life to interfere with her job at I Am Athlete, as she has referenced Kelce when it was required.
