The Sprouse brothers, Dylan and Cole, are well aware that the wait of many years for their dinner reservation has finally come to an end.

Zack Martin (Dylan) and his twin brother Cody Martin (Cole) from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody tried to make a dinner appointment at a well-known restaurant in Rome operated by Chef Gigi in 2009. However, the hostess told them that their table wouldn’t be available until November 16, 2023.

Cody mentioned this in an episode of the first season of the Disney show’s spinoff, The Suite Life on Deck. “But, that’s in 15 years,” he remarked.

Zack added, “What if I don’t feel like [having] Italian that day?” in response to the previous question.

Now, over a decade and a half later, even if Zack wasn’t wanting pasta when the prank ultimately paid off, fans surely were when it was revealed that Zack was joking.

On Thursday, the Sprouse twins, who are now 31 years old, were inundated with reminders. They both alerted their fans on social media not long after the flood that they had, in fact, heard the message in its entirety and understood it completely.

Cole began the stream of photos by publishing a screen video of the deluge of direct messages (DMs) that he had received on his Instagram Story.

A few hours later, Dylan posted a humorous snapshot on his Instagram Story that showed the actress of Beautiful Disaster seeming to be bothered by the repeated reminders of her past relationship. Even more, he positioned a number of the notes all about him, including one that said “Your table is ready, sir” and another that said, “In the mood for Italian?”
Even those who aren’t familiar with the cherished series may join in on the action and good times. When people search for the Sprouse twins on Google, the search engine displays a funny banner that reads “Table for?” Some viewers with keen eyesight have discovered that Google has adopted this banner.

Between the years 2005 and 2008, Dylan and Cole were main cast members on all three seasons of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. After it came to an end, the dynamic team went on to lead the spinoff series The Suite Life on Deck, which aired from 2008 to 2022 and consisted of three seasons. In 2011, they were both included in the film adaptation of “The Suite Life.”

Dylan has said in the past that the Sprouse family left The Suite Life because Disney would not provide them the creative autonomy they sought, despite the popularity of the series as a whole.

“Well, I mean, we had this really fantastic plan for where the show needed to go. We were 18,” he said in an interview with Vulture in 2017. “If that isn’t old enough to know exactly what the show needs, then … well, I would beg to disagree.”

“I don’t think [Disney] were willing to work with us, really ever,” he said further. “So we stopped the show.”
