Ziggy the cat, who frequents the Flintshire school, felt that he should be included in the class photo just like the other students since he felt that he earned it.

A picture of a cat that was given to him by the school as a reward for him successfully breaking into the elementary school.

Ziggy, a four-year-old orange and white moggy, is the family pet of Megan, who is ten years old, and Chloe, who is seven years old. Both girls go to Drury Primary School in Buckley, which is located in Flintshire.

According to Emma Roberts, the children’s mother, Ziggy has been sneaking into the school grounds since 2019, and as a result, he has become a regular trespasser.

It was when Ziggy’s cat crept up on the chair where the kids were posing for their own shots and snapped a few selfies before slinking away that we got Ziggy’s amazing school portrait.

When Emma Roberts, whose family lives just ten minutes away from the school, first viewed the images, she stated, “Chloe handed the letter to me, and I expected it to be her photos.” Chloe had expected it to be her photos as well.

When I turned around, however, I saw that the other mothers who were standing next to me were also laughing in an uncontrollable manner.

“When I asked her what had happened, she said that he had simply jumped on the chair,” the speaker went on to say. Without being encouraged in any way, he climbed to that location in order to take a photo.

He only recently applied to the school and was accepted; he now goes whenever it is convenient for him. He is never absent from the scene.

She went on to say that Ziggy does things like sleep on the desk of the headmaster, on books all throughout the school, and even enters every classroom.

Emma proceeded by saying that at the times when there were assemblies, “he even strolls across the hall.”

She referred to Ziggy as a “complete menace” and said that he was “funny and embarrassing.”

The headmaster of the school, Mark Bilycliffe, said that it was “impossible” to keep the cat off the premises; hence, he has developed a soft spot for the animal.

He remarked it in jest that Ziggy’s attendance record is “an example to students.”

Mr. Bilycliffe believes that since the individual considers themselves to be a student, it is only fitting that they have their own image. It is likely going to be written up on the bulletin board in the staff room.
