Lorenzo Lamas is openly expressing admiration for his relationship with Heather Locklear following their first public outing together.
In an interview with Fox News Digital published on April 29, the 68-year-old actor spoke about reconnecting with Locklear, 64, more than four decades after they first posed together for the cover of Playgirl magazine. When asked if he ever expected them to end up together, Lamas said he didn’t, explaining that after many past experiences, he now sees Locklear as the most remarkable woman he has ever met.
The comments came shortly after the couple made their first official appearance together at the 2026 Chiller Theatre Expo in New Jersey on April 26. The pair were seen smiling and affectionate at the convention, both dressed in black.
Their relationship was first confirmed in early April, with reports indicating they had been quietly dating for several months. It was also noted that their adult children from previous relationships had recently met.
Locklear has a daughter with ex-husband Richie Sambora and has had several past high-profile relationships and marriages. Lamas, meanwhile, is a father of six from multiple relationships and marriages over the years.
The two originally met in the early 1980s during their Playgirl photoshoot, when both were early in their acting careers. Lamas later reflected on the iconic shoot, noting decades afterward how long ago it had been and recalling the moment with nostalgia.
