The greatest cover songs are those that keep the best aspects of the original song, pay homage to the artist who was responsible for the song’s popularity, and sound radically different from the original song while still including a clever and innovative arrangement. As an example, Miley Cyrus, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Alicia Keys performed an outstanding rendition of Aerosmith’s “Dream On,” while Pentatonix performed a breathtaking rendition of Justin Bieber’s “Where Are U Now.” Both of these performances were featured on The Voice.

Even if the cover video that may be seen below does not contain a pop performer or an ensemble that has won awards, it is nonetheless incredibly conducive to relaxation. Someone in the sixth grade was the one who arranged and performed it! In April of 2010, Greyson Chance had a performance at the talent event that was held at his school. At first glance, it seemed as if Greyson was demonstrating his proficiency on the piano to the pupils and teachers present in the room. On the other hand, when he began singing, his performance of Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi” inspired amazement and admiration among the crowd.

When it comes to figuring out what Greyson is singing, his classmates take some time to figure it out since his arrangement is so clever and out of the ordinary. On the other hand, if you watch attentively, you can see the faces of Greyson’s classmates light up in the crowd as they identify the hit song.

A celebrity was destined to be born in Greyson! Have a look at the beautiful cover that Greyson has created in the video that can be seen below, and tell a friend about his great talent.
