Theo Von is putting the record straight after he caused his fans a panic with a statement he made regarding suicide after the recording of his Netflix special seemed to be unsuccessful.

On the most recent episode of “This Past Weekend with Theo Von,” the comedian addressed a wave of criticism he received after his most recent show allegedly went so poorly that the majority of the audience left. At that point, he apologized to the audience that was still present and said, “I’m having a long month, I’m trying not to take my own life.”

During a segment of his podcast that was broadcast on Thursday, Theo made it quite obvious that the performance he gave at the Beacon Theatre in New York was not his finest. He also said that failure is an inevitable part of the profession, but he emphasized that he is not going to end his own life.

It would seem that Theo has made peace with whatever the heck had gone wrong during the recording, and he has said that individuals who were there have the right to post anything they want on social media. He has also stated that a single poor performance would not derail him.

But once again, the most significant thing to take away from this is that Theo has said that he has absolutely no intention of hurting himself. This highlights the fact that there are far too many people who care about him and who care about him to end his own life. Moving on to the next show!
