His next journey, college, has already started for a young man in Mississippi who is just 16 years old.
The local news site WAPT 16 reported that Quinton Simpson, who lives in Clinton, which is a suburb of Jackson, graduated from high school two years earlier than his classmates and has only recently started attending Hinds Community College.
According to Quinton, he is aware of the accomplishment’s importance and does not take it lightly.
According to what he shared with the publication, “I do think it’s a big accomplishment because I graduated early.” “You can’t simply walk around and say, ‘I graduated early,’ because it’s not something that a lot of people do, and at the age of sixteen, it’s much smaller than that. It has a wonderful touch.” According to his mother, Tiana Rhodes, who worked in education for a number of years, she was there to watch her son’s accomplishments “every step of the way.”
She went on to say, “I am aware that living with a teacher presents its difficulties, but he is aware that I place a high value on education.” The field of electromechanical engineering is what Quinton is researching. The news outlet WAPT 16 reports that he is also a member of the collegiate band and has been awarded a scholarship for his musical abilities.
On August 27, individuals from the academic charity organization SR1 College Preparatory and STEM Academy, which has collaborated with Quinton in the past, expressed their congratulations to him via Instagram.
It was written by the charity organization, “Big Congratulations to Quinton Simpson!” At the SR1 C.O.O.L.TM Zone, we honor excellence, devotion, and hard work all the time, and Quinton is a shining example of all of these things. We couldn’t be more pleased with him, and we can’t wait to see what more he does in the future!
