A woman has taken social media by storm after revealing her dramatic transformation over just four years.

Known online as Toxii, she proudly identifies as a body modification enthusiast. Her entire body is nearly covered in tattoos, with the top half completely inked in solid black—but that’s just the beginning of her extreme makeover.

She has undergone numerous intense procedures, including having her nose surgically removed, tattooing both her eyes and tongue, splitting her tongue in two, and having horn-like implants inserted into her forehead.

And yes—she keeps the removed parts in small glass jars.

In a recent Instagram post, Toxii shocked her followers by sharing a rare side-by-side of her “before and after” appearance. In 2019, she looked vastly different—sporting long blonde hair, subtle makeup, and no visible tattoos or modifications.

Now, with jet-black hair, bold ink, and dramatic alterations, she confidently shows off her look in revealing outfits and embraces her new identity with pride.

When asked why she chose this path, she explained, “Because I like to be imperfect, and I think imperfections make you unique,” as reported by The Mirror.

Toxii, who boasts nearly 160,000 followers on Instagram, recently had a conversation with graffiti artist Devon Rodriguez. He asked what the most painful part of her transformation was.

Pointing to the horns on her forehead, he asked, “Did those hurt?”

“Not at all,” she replied. “I think my nose removal was way worse.”

She shared that healing took around eight weeks—and confirmed that she indeed kept the nose. “I have all my body parts, like in little jars, yeah,” she said matter-of-factly.

Online reactions
Social media had mixed feelings.

Some people praised her confidence and self-expression, while others were deeply unsettled by her choices.

“You were so beautiful before,” one user wrote. Another questioned, “Why would you do this to yourself?”

Some expressed concern about the pace and permanence of her modifications. “Decisions like these should take time,” one commenter noted. “Making them quickly could lead to regret.”

Others took the reactions even further, venturing into the bizarre. One person claimed, “She must be possessed—there’s no other explanation for this level of transformation.” Another suggested her changes were linked to “satanic rituals and the supernatural.”

The takeaway
Despite the controversy, Toxii remains unapologetically herself, embracing her unique style and identity.

As the internet continues to debate whether her transformation is empowering, alarming, or something else entirely, one thing’s for sure: she is fully committed to living her truth—on her own terms.

Is Toxii’s radical transformation an act of fearless self-expression? Or does it signal deeper questions about modern body modification culture?
