The revelations come shortly after Cabot was spotted getting cozy with Astronomer CEO Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert—a moment that quickly went viral. But according to property records obtained by The Post, the 52-year-old Cabot (née Stanek) shares a residence in Rye, New Hampshire with Andrew Cabot, the CEO of Massachusetts-based Privateer Rum.
Records show that Kristin and Andrew Cabot purchased a $2.2 million, four-bedroom home near the Atlantic coast this past February. Though they share a last name and appear to live together, The Post could not confirm when or where their marriage occurred.
Kristin’s now-deleted LinkedIn profile listed her as an advisory board member at Privateer Rum since September 2020. A photo of the couple with two children has also been circulating on social media, adding to the speculation.
Privateer Rum and Andrew Cabot have not responded to media inquiries, and efforts to reach Kristin have also failed.
Meanwhile, Astronomer confirmed Friday that it has launched a formal investigation into the concert incident. In a statement, the company emphasized its commitment to integrity and accountability and said it would release more information soon.
Cabot, who joined Astronomer in 2024 as Chief People Officer, previously finalized a divorce from her former husband Kenneth Thornby in 2022.
As for Byron, he was reportedly married to Megan Kerrigan Byron, who has since removed his name from her social media accounts and gone offline following public backlash. Their kiss cam moment at Gillette Stadium even prompted Coldplay’s Chris Martin to quip, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
Privateer Rum’s site praises Andrew Cabot’s leadership, noting his family’s ties to Revolutionary-era privateering and distilling. Marketing materials for the brand emphasize transparency and quality, with top-shelf bottles priced at over $100 and proudly labeled “Made in the USA.”
