One of the neighborhoods in Philadelphia was completely destroyed by an explosion that occurred early on Sunday morning, and photographs taken at the site revealed the extent of the destruction.
Daniel McCarty, the acting head of the Philadelphia Fire Department, said that three row homes “exploded in on themselves” at around 4:30 AM Eastern Time. The Philadelphia Fire Department provided photographs from the incident, which was located in the area of Nicetown–Tioga, which is located in North Philadelphia.
In the photographs, firemen can be seen dousing the homes with water as the charred and burning ruins of the houses litter the streets.
And in yet another terrible picture, a dog was seen strolling across the wreckage with its tongue hanging out in the midst of the destruction.
There was just one person who was murdered, and it was a lady, according to the local ABC network. Another two people were hurt as a result of the event.

While it is not known what caused the explosion, the Portland Fire Department has reported that the fire is currently under control. Those who were displaced as a result of the explosion were provided with temporary housing at a nearby elementary school.
