5:24 p.m., Pacific Time — Julie Chrisley is already on her way back to Nashville, according to sources who have intimate knowledge of the situation according to TMZ.

TMZ has discovered that Julie Chrisley has been freed from federal jail only minutes ago, making her formal release from the facility.

Apparently, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons,… Not long after her husband, Todd, was freed from federal prison in Pensacola, Florida, Julie walked out of the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky, on Wednesday evening. The facility is located in the state of Kentucky.

The Chrisleys, who were convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion in 2022, were freed from prison only a few hours after President Donald Trump gave his approval to their pardons.

A news conference was held by Savannah, the daughter of the couple, only a few hours before her parents were released from custody.

Despite the fact that it is not apparent where the family intends to get together, it is undeniably a joyful week for Todd and Julie, who had years removed from their sentences as a result of Trump’s pardon.

Prior to the pardon, both Todd and Julie had only spent a total of two years of their sentences, despite the fact that Todd had been sentenced to twelve years in jail and Julie was serving seven years.

This information was disclosed by Trump during a phone conversation that he made to Savannah on Tuesday.

In the next Lifetime program that the renowned family will be hosting, viewers will have the opportunity to see the whole process of the family’s release from jail.

Regarding the $17.8 million in restitution that they are obligated to pay, a group of our most highly qualified legal professionals got together to examine the matter, and it seems that the Chrisleys may not be responsible for any of it.
