The 2025 ACM Awards were held on Thursday, May 8, at the Ford Center in Frisco, Texas.
While the evening celebrated the best in country music with stars competing across various categories, it was also packed with memorable live performances from fan-favorite artists.
Among those taking the stage was Blake Shelton, who performed his recent single “Texas.”
Released in November 2024, “Texas” marked Shelton’s first solo track in over two years and introduced a fresh new sound. The song also includes a clever tribute to George Strait’s classic “All My Ex’s Live in Texas.”
Despite his time away, Shelton made a powerful return. “Texas” set a personal record with 156 radio stations adding it in its debut week and went on to become his 30th number-one hit.
