Due to the fact that he used a derogatory term to refer to Nancy Pelosi in a social media post that has since been rediscovered, Pope Leo XIV’s brother will be required to admit to using some foul language at his subsequent confession.
Louis Prevost, the elder brother of the Pope, is a frequent poster of political information on his Facebook page, with the most of it coming from a more conservative point of view.
There is nothing wrong with expressing one’s political views; nevertheless, there was a specific post that caused some people to raise their eyebrows on the internet. This post was one in which Prevost referred to Pelosi as a “dumb c***.”
This is the deal: the post is a video clip of Pelosi talking about trade between the United States and China in the middle of the 1990s. She was referring to the trade imbalance that exists between the two countries, as well as the significant disparity in exports and tariffs with China.
The caption, which was not authored by Prevost, goes as follows: “These f***ing liberals crying about tariffs is just unreal.” Does it not occur to them that there is a field of study known as video? It is important to pay attention to what this intoxicated c*** has to say in the middle of the 1990s, long before her spouse started going on grindr dates.
Again, Prevost did not compose the caption; but, he did reshare the video along with the message on his own Facebook page, which seems to indicate that he agrees with the concept.
By the way, Pelosi has already had communion in the Vatican, so there is a possibility that she may meet Pope Leo. This is going to be an unpleasant situation!
We have attempted to contact Louis about his post; however, we have not received a response as of yet. He seems to be a fervent admirer of Donald Trump, by the way, and he told the New York Times that he anticipates his brother to be more conservative than Pope Francis, despite the fact that Pope Leo XIV has expressed liberal opinions on his own social media in the past.
We will have to wait and see whether Pope Leo XIV is going to urge his brother to listen to his better angels and watch his cursing in the future. On Thursday, Pope Leo XIV became the first American in the history of the world to become the pope.
