They named their first child, RZA Athelston Mayers, after the famed Wu-Tang Clan member RZA, who was born on May 13, 2022. RiRi gave birth to their first child on that day. After waiting for over a year, the pair finally unveiled his name to the world.
Rihanna made the announcement of her second pregnancy in a very public manner, revealing her growing baby belly at the halftime performance of the Super Bowl LVII during the month of February 2023. During the performance, she stroked her stomach, and the millions of people who were watching from all around the world speculated that she was pregnant. She later verified that she was pregnant after the game.
On August 3, 2023, RiRi and A$AP welcomed their second kid into the world, and they chose the name Riot Rose Mayers for their son. Later on, Rihanna said that she and Rocky chose the name Riot for their child after receiving a recommendation from Pharrell Williams, who had previously collaborated with Rocky on a song titled “Riot.”
