It is official that the cherished bicycle that Pee-wee Herman rode in the cult classic film “Pee-wee’s Big Adventure” from 1985 has been purchased by a new owner, and the price tag is very high.
The screen-used stunt bike, which was ridden by the late Paul Reubens in the film, was sold for an astonishing sum of $125,000 on Saturday, according to a representative from Van Eaton Galleries, who spoke with TMZ.

One of just fourteen bicycles that were made for the movie was the bicycle. The prop was manufactured to order, and while it has undergone some minor restoration for the purpose of making it seem more as it did in the movie, we have been informed that the pieces that have survived have been preserved in their original state.
Fans of the movie may know it from sequences such as Pee-wee slamming into a curb and saying, “I meant to do that,” or during the exciting Warner Bros. studio lot pursuit, when Paul soars over a house and hangs on a vine like Tarzan. Both of these scenes are memorable.
In the years that have passed after Paul’s passing, his legendary character has continued to live on, and now this piece of cinematic history has also continued to live on.
