In light of the fact that a paternity test has shown that Elon Musk is ‘99.9999%’ likely to be the father of the infant, Ashley St. Clair has disclosed the very high sum of money that Musk promised her in exchange for her quiet after she gave birth.
The conservative influencer, who is 26 years old, said that she had given birth to Musk’s kid at the beginning of February. This child is the 14th of Musk’s children that are known to the general public. She disclosed on Tuesday that the baby, who is a boy, has been given the name Romulus.
Musk has never publicly acknowledged that the kid is his, and the two are presently engaged in a court dispute. The ‘First Buddy’ and Tesla CEO took the test to demonstrate that he is the father of the child.
Currently, St. Clair is saying that Musk, who said that he has paid her with at least $2.5 million to far in March, has promised her $15 million and $100,000 per month in exchange for her not disclosing publicly that he is the father of the kid until he reaches the age of 21.
This is comparable to what Musk has agreed with the other moms of his children, including pop sensation Grimes and Neuralink CEO Shivon Zilis, according to Jared Birchall, Musk’s fixer, who informed St. Clair that this is similar to what Musk has agreed with.
Instead of having the infant endure a circumcision, Musk insisted that she give birth to the child by a caesarian section. He is of the opinion that this surgical procedure enables for the baby to have a bigger brain. According to The Wall Street Journal, St. Clair, who is Jewish, said that she desired a normal delivery and hence refused both options.
St. Clair did, however, agree with the request to remove Musk’s name from Romulus’ birth certificate, which Birchall had created while she was in the process of inducing delivery. However, she did prepare by hiring an attorney, which was contrary to Birchall’s instructions.

In return for the fifteen million dollars and one hundred thousand dollars per month, Birchall then asked that St. Clair sign documents that would conceal Musk’s relationship with his parents.
Despite the fact that the agreement prohibited her from ever uttering any unfavorable words about Musk, it did not require that he would do the same with regard to her.
Musk went so far as to try to sway her choice by claiming that he was in danger of being murdered because of his support for Donald Trump. It was her refusal to sign.
When St. Clair was working as the operations manager for the conservative comedy website The Babylon Bee, the two individuals first connected over social media in the spring of 2023. Musk then extended an invitation to her to visit the X headquarters in San Francisco.
On a later occasion, he extended an invitation to her to accompany him on a trip to Rhode Island, where he would be seeing one of his children at school.
St. Clair was told by Musk to “pick a name” after the first time they had sexual relations. Musk constantly discussed the possibility of having children with St. Clair.
St. Clair said that she had been ovulating when she was on vacation throughout the New Year’s holiday leading up to the year 2024.
‘What are we waiting for?’ Musk posed the question.
According to St. Clair, they were pregnant with Romulus not long after that.
Contrary to popular belief, St. Clair is credited with the creation of one of the most prominent pieces of Musk memorabilia that connects him to Trump. This is his notorious ‘Dark MAGA’ gothic inspired hat, which he wore to a number of events running up to the election.
On the other hand, it was not the end of Musk’s aspirations for St. Clair; he attempted to get her to relocate to a “compound” in Austin so that she could spend time with him and the rest of his “kid legion.”
According to the allegations, Musk wanted to have many residences inside the same neighborhood, where all of the women and children would stay. According to various sources, this number is’much greater’ than the known number of about 14 children.
In light of the fact that even Musk merely “comes and goes,” Zilis is the only mother who resides in the gated enclave, and Grimes declined to comply with the request.
Despite the fact that Musk has a “special status” in his life, Zilis is considered to be a “steadying force” for him. This is because Musk spends time with her on the property and also brings her to high-profile events, including those that take place in the White House because Musk has been in charge of the Department of Government Efficiency from the beginning.
Grimes seems to have the worst connection of all of Musk’s mothers, as she has openly expressed her unhappiness at the CEO of SpaceX for allowing their son X to attend public events with his father and President Trump.
According to St. Clair, Birchall shared with her that that despite the fact that Zilis often feels “contentment” with the circumstances, he was of the opinion that Grimes is not “ever going to find true happiness.”

In August of last year, she reached a custody agreement with Musk, which stipulated that the two of them would take turns spending time with their three children, including X.
The irony that St. Clair is currently embroiled in her own contentious conflict with the CEO of X is brought to her attention by the fact that she has been receiving regular text messages with updates on the case involving Musk and Grimes.
Tiffany Fong, a gorgeous crypto journalist, has been compelled to reject reports that she is pregnant with Elon Musk’s kid following St. Clair’s revelation. All of this is taking place at the same time as Musk is continuing his search for new moms.
The interaction that she had with Musk on social media in November resulted in her receiving a direct message from him. This interaction had paid her a total of $21,000.
Musk inquired about her desire to become a member of the legion prior to their first meeting in person. The reason that Fong did not accept him was because she desired to have a more conventional family.
In February, Fong gave an interview to DailyMail.com in which she angrily refuted the allegations and said that she had never even seen Musk in person.
In addition, she responded to the allegations by posting a message on her social media profile on Saturday under the following heading: “Wow, according to the Internet, I’m ‘pregnant.'” Congratulations, this is excellent news for me!!!
In a subsequent post, she expressed her gratitude by writing, “As far as I am aware, I am not pregnant, but thank you!!!”
Throughout the whole of the experience, Birchall acted as a menacing intermediary between St. Clair and a someone named Musk.
According to St. Clair, Birchall provided an explanation of what Musk desired to get from the agreement.
“Privacy and confidentiality are at the top of the list in every aspect of his life, every aspect, and his entire world is set up to be, like, a meritocracy,” he reportedly told her. “Everything in his life takes precedence over everything else.”
“When people do good work,” Birchall, whom Musk employs to handle negotiations with his potential baby mamas, added, “the benefits flow.” Birchall is the person who handles the negotiations.
In spite of all of this, St. Clair said that Musk was often quite kind to her when she was pregnant. He even gave her flowers on Mother’s Day and on her birthday.
She went so far as to experiment with being in the company of the “kid legion,” setting up playdates between her son from a previous relationship and some of Musk’s younger children through such arrangements. Even Musk’s mother, Maye, has been introduced to St. Clair.
She emailed Musk a selfie in the month of November. In response, he said, “I want to knock you up once more.”
“I need to make up for the sixty percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” she said to a reporter from DailyMail.com who was there when she handed over the one hundred thousand dollar automobile to a representative from the online vehicle sales firm Carvana.
St. Clair had the following response when she was asked whether she believed that Musk was acting in a “vindictive” manner toward her: “Well, that’s his modus operandi, even when women speak out.”
“You are free to check the stocks; I am not the only one who is cleaning up after his messes,” that person said.
She remarked of anti-Tesla protests: ‘The markets are catching up to what I have known for a long time.
DOGE boss Musk – who is now embroiled in a custody fight with St. Clair – answered the rumors on X, the social networking site he controls, on Monday.
‘I don’t know whether the kid is mine or not, but am not opposed finding out. According to him, there is no need for a court order.
Following that, he detailed the amount of money that he had given to the conservative influencer.
Despite the fact that I do not know for certain, I have given Ashley $2.5 million and I am giving her $500 thousand each year.
Almost immediately, St. Clair responded by clapping back, referring to Musk as a “petulant man-child” who needed to accept responsibility for his actions.
‘Elon, prior to the birth of our kid, which you named, we requested that you do a test to establish paternity. She said that you had declined.
She also clarified that it wasn’t sending her money but ‘sending support for your child that you thought was necessary… until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for “disobedience.” But you’re really only punishing your son.’
St. Clair then referenced his most recent move in court, an attempt to silence her, while he posts on X.
‘It’s strange that your final attempt in court was to try to silence me while you utilize a social media platform you practically control to broadcast nasty remarks about me and our kid to the whole world. It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it.’
She hurled one more attack on the CEO of numerous firms and Donald Trump’s closest buddy in Washington: ‘America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child.’
Musk has yet to comment directly to St. Clair on social media.
St. Clair went public in a bombshell post on Musk’s social networking site X in Februray, sensationally claiming the Tesla and SpaceX owner to be the father of her infant child, born in September last year.
She says Musk ‘slid into my DMs’ in May 2023, and that the child, who has been named publicly only by his initials ‘R.S.C.’, was conceived early January 2024 on a trip to the island of Saint Barthélemy in the Caribbean.
Musk, 53, has not publicly acknowledged the child as his own, but has responded with cryptic emojis to posts on X about St. Clair’s claims.
St. Clair filed a paternity and a custody lawsuit in a New York court on February 21, claiming Musk told her to keep the baby secret, then ghosted her and their son in the middle of child support negotiations, forcing her to go public and take legal action.
A source close to the case told DailyMail.com that since going public, Musk ‘retaliated’ by slashing her payments in half ‘unilaterally’, leaving St. Clair struggling to make ends meet.
The source described the billionaire’s actions as ‘shocking and shameful’ but did not acknowledge the alleged payments admitted by Musk on Monday.
‘Ever since she got pregnant and then had the baby, Elon’s been providing support money to her,’ the source said. ‘But he had a fairly specific list of requirements, including not acknowledging he’s the father.
‘Since the moment she objected to the level of control he demanded, he’s withdrawn from her completely. When she went public with the fact that the baby was his, he’s never spoken to her again.

When this thing went into court for custody and paternity, he cut the support payments way back. He cut it by more than half. ‘It’s a substantial reduction, and he obviously did it as a form of retaliation for her going into court,’ the source claimed. St. Clair also has a three-year-old son from a previous partner, New York chiropractor Johnny Alexander. She has been raising the toddler and baby with the help of a full-time nanny at her rented three-bed apartment in downtown Manhattan. ‘She bought a Tesla so she’d have a car to transport both the children in. Now she’s selling it because she needs to raise money to cover the expenses she has that Elon has simply not paid. ‘She’s been living on her own. She gets no logistics assistance from Elon. And all of a sudden, she’s punitively given much less money to raise this child than she’s ever had.’ The alleged behavior has given some close to St. Clair a low opinion of Musk. Musk’s lawyers successfully petitioned the New York judge to seal the case on March 14, keeping its details secret and limiting St. Clair’s ability to speak out. ‘This guy, who is supposedly dedicated to transparency and accountability in government, the first thing he did when he went into court was to try to gag Ashley so that she couldn’t say anything, even as he was unilaterally cutting her support,’ the source said. St. Clair’s custody petition, obtained by DailyMail.com before the case was sealed, made damning claims against the confirmed father of 12 by three women. She stated she was ready to go all-in on the relationship, agreeing to ‘relocate to Austin, Texas upon the child’s birth’, then switching to remaining in New York at his request from July last year. But the court documents paint a callous picture of Musk, claiming he chose not to be present at his son’s birth, that he has only met him three times, and ‘has had no involvement in his care and upbringing’. She claimed Musk ‘first met R.S.C. on September 21, 2024 in New York City for two hours. He then spent one hour visiting R.S.C. and me the next day, September 22, 2024.’ ‘The next, and last time that Respondent saw our child was on November 30, 2024 in Austin, Texas, for only thirty minutes,’ the February 21, 2025 filing said. ‘Respondent has never asked to see our child on any other occasion, he has never communicated to me about our child without my prompting, he has never asked for photos of our child or checked in after doctor’s appointments.’ Though filings are now sealed, the case dockets are still visible – and contain hints that the judge is sympathetic to St. Clair’s case. Her attorney Karen Rosenthal filed a proposed ‘order to show cause’ in St. Clair’s custody case on March 20, likely asking the judge to order Musk to provide responses and engage in the case or face a default judgment, along with 12 exhibits. Eight days later, Judge Jeffrey Pearlman appears to have acquiesced, issuing the order. The only filings from Musk’s lawyers in the case, Alyssa Rower and Jennifer Isaacman of Rower LLC, are about having it sealed.
