The guardian of Wendy Williams has recently ruined a night out with Wendy’s niece, according to people with intimate knowledge of the situation. This disproves the guardian’s assertion that Wendy is permitted to leave the boundaries of her assisted living facility in order to interact with her family.

A night out was on the agenda for Wendy, her niece Alex Finnie, and her newly hired personal attorney, Joe Tacopina, who is well-known in the legal profession. It was planned that they would have supper at a restaurant in New York City; however, Wendy’s guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, prevented her from leaving the fifth floor of the facility, which Wendy refers to as “a luxury prison.” Since then, they have not been able to have dinner together.

Considering that the attorney representing Morrissey just wrote a letter to TMZ in which he said that Wendy was not being separated from her family and that she was free to see them anytime she desired, this is very interesting. However, it is very evident that this is not the case.

Wendy’s strong desire to terminate the guardianship may have had a role in the decision to deny her the opportunity to eat with Alex and Joe. The reason for this decision is not entirely apparent. According to our sources, Wendy will seek a jury trial if the court does not close the guardianship within a short period of time, and Joe will be her attorney throughout the trial. Consequently, Joe would be in direct opposition to the guardian in this scenario.

You are aware that Joe is a powerful adversary in the courts, and he most recently achieved a remarkable victory in the case involving A$AP Rocky.

Joe and Alex are now enjoying dinner together, and it is quite probable that they are discussing strategy as they are eating spaghetti.
