6:55 PM PT — Diddy’s legal team informs TMZ that… “No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
They continue by saying, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.” It is fortunate that there is a legal procedure that is both fair and unbiased, and Mr. Combs is certain that he will be successful in court.
According to a recent complaint, Diddy allegedly coerced a photographer to engage in oral sex by putting his job in jeopardy by taking him into a trailer while he was working on a commercial. The photographer was effectively forced to do oral sex under these circumstances.
A Hollywood photographer has filed a lawsuit against the founder of Bad Boy Records, alleging that Diddy sexually abused him while he was shooting on a high-profile advertisement.
TMZ was able to receive a copy of the complaint, in which the photographer claims that Diddy requested him to accompany him in a trailer and presented the encounter as a possibility for professional growth.
During the time that they were alone in the trailer, he believes that Diddy’s real intentions were immediately apparent. During this time, Diddy made sexual advances and unzipped his trousers.
According to the story related by the photographer, Diddy basically told him, “If you suck right, I’ll make your career take off.” He claims that the connotation was very obvious that his career would be doomed to failure if he did not provide Diddy with oral sex that adequately satisfied him.
According to the accuser of Diddy, who claims to be a straight guy, he obliged and performed oral sex on Diddy under the fear of coercion. He further alleges that after Diddy reached his climax, he was instructed to keep Diddy’s sperm in his mouth “like a squirrel.”
It is said that the individual did not comply with Diddy’s request, and as a result, he was threatened with physical harm. According to him, Diddy then booted him out of the trailer, and he had to go back to work. He adds that he was “grappling not only with the trauma of the situation, but with the knowledge that he had Combs’ semen on and inside of his body.”
In addition to claiming that he has endured unfathomable mental and emotional anguish and suffering, the photographer claims that he has never received any communication from Diddy after the alleged event, which he claims took place in the years 2022 or 2023.
It has been alleged that Diddy committed sexual violence, and the plaintiff is seeking compensation for his injuries.
