George W. Bush is now enjoying the arrival of his newest member of the Bush family. The enthusiastic announcement of the birth of his grandchild was made on social media by the former president, who is 78 years old. He shared a touching picture on Instagram on the occasion.

On August 6, Bush sent his congratulations to his daughter Barbara Pierce Bush and her husband Craig Coyne on the birth of their second child, Edward Finn, who had been born only a few days before.

When the couple was seen in the hospital with their newborn baby, they seemed to be thrilled. The pair also has a daughter named Cora Georgia, who is two years old. The President of the United States showed his delight by mentioning that Edward Finn was affectionately named after his great-grandfathers.

Jenna Bush Hager, who is Barbara’s twin sister and who works as a co-anchor on the Today program, also expressed her joy on Instagram. She posted a number of heartfelt images and captioned them with the phrase, “My sister had a little mister and I fell madly in love with Edward Finn!”

There was a picture that depicted the joy that the family was experiencing. In one of the pictures, Jenna was seen taking care of her nephew, and in another one, Barbara was seen cradling baby Edward as Jenna watched in wonder.

Despite the fact that the family did not provide a great deal of information, it was seen that the infant was wearing a cap from NYU Langone Health, which raises the possibility that he was delivered at the famed New York hospital.

In the past, George and Laura Bush had voiced their happiness at the prospect of becoming grandparents. In 2021, they welcomed their first child, Cora.

These family milestones are something that the former president and first lady continue to treasure, and they have expressed their thanks for the newest addition to the family.
