Rumer Willis is emulating one of the most memorable personas that her mother, Demi Moore, has ever played.
Willis, who is 36 years old, recently participated in a photoshoot in which he donned the shimmering gold bikini that Moore memorably wore in the film Striptease, which was released in 1996. On Saturday, April 5, the renowned string bikini will be put up for sale at Studio Auctions, and the starting price is expected to be $5,000.
Not only is Willis’ retro outfit an exquisite tribute to Moore, but it also represents a moment of complete and utter fulfillment for the actress who was once a kid. Willis made her debut in the film Striptease with her mother, who played the role of Moore’s on-screen daughter, Angela, some thirty years ago.
Erin, the character played by Moore, is a former FBI secretary who, in order to earn enough money to pay for the attorney she needs to win a custody fight with her ex-boyfriend, decides to take a job as an exotic dancer. During the time when the film was being produced, the actress on The Substance was 36 years old, which is the same age as her daughter is today.
Willis embraces the seductiveness of the look in her photograph by wearing a pair of sky-high black stilettos and a pair of dark sunglasses with the bikini that she is wearing. The fact that she seems to be wearing very little makeup and that she keeps her blonde hair down and split just slightly to the side is evidence that she chose to go for a natural appearance rather than opting for a full-on glam beauty style.

She went on to say, “The story quickly evolved into the idea that ‘Well, she’s only getting paid that amount because she’s playing a stripper.'” It had a serious impact on me. On the other hand, I was aware that whomever is the first to leave the building is going to be the one to bear the consequences.
In her own career as an actor, Willis has profited from her mother’s performances that broke barriers in the industry.
