After impressing the judges and crowd at a Britain’s Got Talent audition with their performance of the racy 1999 hit Sex Bomb, three transgender singers from the Philippines have been likened to the Spice Girls.

Mavey, 36, Mariko, 43, and Crissy, 35, who sang the Tom Jones song as Miss Tres, might do well in the competition, according to Simon Cowell, the show’s producer and chief judge, The Sun said. Cowell said, “You were keeping a small secret from us.”

“They went down a storm with the audience,” a person connected to the play told the Mirror. Like the Spice Girls, they are sassy and have a genuine attitude. (Cowell) believes that this year there could be a lot of talk about them.

After their presentation, Amanda Holden, another judge, said, “You’re just so hot.” It’s not fair.

The three, who want to be likened to the Spice Girls and Destiny’s Child, were semifinalists in the fourth season of the Philippine version of the British reality program, Pilipinas Got Talent, in 2013. They also participated in Asia’s Got Talent’s first season in 2015, however they were eliminated before reaching the quarterfinals.
