Irv Gotti suddenly unexpectedly after having a “massive hemorrhagic stroke,” and his brother claims that his health problems were made worse by the fact that he never went to the doctor.
Chris Lorenzo, Gotti’s elder brother, made a guest appearance on the “2way” podcast to discuss his younger brother. Not only did he discuss his younger brother, but he also disclosed that Irv was eating Chinese cuisine and playing poker with friends on the night that he had the medical emergency.
A stroke that is characterized as a hemorrhagic stroke is one that takes place when a blood vessel in the brain ruptures, resulting in bleeding, as stated by the National Institute of Health.
Lorenzo claims that Irv had a number of health problems as a result of the fact that he practically never went to the doctor. He admits that when he eventually went to have a medical, he didn’t believe it when the physicians informed him that he was diabetic.

Irv passed away earlier this month, as we informed you. He had suffered a stroke that was largely caused by diabetes around six months prior to his passing of this month.
Gotti was candid about the difficulties he had while attempting to take insulin, although he did mention that he was attempting to alter his diet in order to take better care of himself.
The family of Gotti released a heartfelt statement in which they shared the news. When he passed away, he was surrounded by friends and family, and he was “leaving behind a legacy that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him and the countless lives he touched.” He was writing at the time of his passing.
The funeral for him took place barely a week ago, and attendees included hundreds of the most prominent figures in the hip hop and R&B music scenes, including Jay-Z, Fat Joe, Ja Rule, and Ashanti, among others, to pay their respects.

The medical examiner has not yet made a public announcement on the cause of loss; nevertheless, Irv’s brother claims that he is aware of the specific circumstances that led to his brother’s loss.
