After being shot, a lady in Florida who was slain along with two other people in a shooting spree before her daughter, who was four years old, was kidnapped had allegedly fled around her neighborhood screaming for assistance just before she was taken away.

Mary Gingles, who was 34 years old at the time of her loss, was discovered passed away in a massacre that the authorities believe was carried out by her estranged husband, Nathan Gingles. Nathan Gingles is also suspected of temporarily kidnapping the couple’s child, Seraphine Gingles, according to a statement released by the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

After responding to reports of a gunshot shortly after six o’clock in the morning on Sunday, February 16, law enforcement officers made the first discovery of Mary’s father, David Pozner, who had been killed on the back patio of a property in Tamarac, Florida.

Following the discovery that Seraphine had vanished from the house, they identified Nathan as a possible suspect and issued an Amber Alert. However, the alert was canceled a few hours later when the kid was successfully rescued.

In addition, Mary was reported missing at this time and was included on the Amber Alert as a potential victim of kidnapping, as reported by the Miami Herald.

Within the apartment of her neighbor Andrew Ferrin, who was 36 years old, the authorities discovered Mary passed away from gunshot wounds. Ferrin was another victim of the frenzy that ensued.

In the neighboring city of North Lauderdale, where Nathan was taken into custody, Seraphine was discovered in a secure location alongside him.

It would imply that Mary had been on the lookout for assistance from her neighbors just before to the murders.

According to a neighbor who spoke with Local 10, Mary raced to the houses of her neighbors and begged for assistance before she was slain. This was done in an effort to save her life. During her effort to flee, Mary left tracks in the area, according to the neighbor, who was not identified by the media reporting the information.

According to internet documents from the Broward Sheriff’s Office, Nathan has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, one offense of breaking a protective order, and one case of tampering with custody. All of these charges have their respective charges.

He is being detained without bond on all charges, with the exception of the custodial interference accusation; the amount of bail that has been set for him for that crime is $2,500.

There was no quick availability of information on the plea or the counsel. PEOPLE have attempted to get in touch with an attorney who has previously represented Nathan in a case involving domestic abuse; however, it was unclear whether or not she is defending him in this particular instance.
