Six victims are pursuing R. Kelly for millions of dollars, claiming he is not fulfilling a costly judgment against him.

A recent lawsuit that TMZ was able to acquire claims that six victims were awarded $10.3 million against Kelly in 2023.The issue is that they claim he has only given them a little portion of his money.

According to Lizette Martinez, Lisa Van Allen, Faith Rogers, Kelly Rogers, Roderick Gartrell, and Gem Pratts, they have gotten less than half a million dollars, and Kelly is still liable for almost $9.9 million.

As you are aware, Kelly’s victims came forward in the “Surviving R. Kelly” documentary series on Lifetime. They are suing the disgraced singer and his former record company, Universal Music, for the money, on the grounds that he blocked a showing of the documentary in 2018.

The scandal was revealed by TMZ. Kelly was found guilty in August 2023, but he resisted, arguing that he was unaware of the case and should not be held responsible.

Kelly is now serving a 30-year jail term, and to be honest, there have always been concerns about whether the victims would ever get any compensation. They claim to have received some money, but it is not all of what they claim is theirs.

Jennifer Bonjean, R. Kelly’s current attorney, tells TMZ that his appeal is still underway and that the default judgment was made against Kelly prior to her joining his legal team.
