In 2025, “Duck Dynasty” will make a reappearance on television. The Robertsons will formally return to the small screen with a remake of their well-liked series.

The popular docuseries’ network, A&E, said on Wednesday that “DD,” which has been renamed “Duck Dynasty: The Revival,” will return.

Willie and Korie Robertson, along with their children, who are now adults, will be included in the new program. The children were initially introduced on the first version of “Duck Dynasty,” which aired in the early 2010s.

Willie and Korie said that the return of “DD” was like a homecoming. They also said, “We’re thankful for all who have followed along as our family has grown and expanded and can’t wait to get cameras rolling again on all our new adventures, or perhaps misadventures.”

The network has already committed to two seasons of the renewed reality show, which will consist of a total of 20 one-hour episodes for fans to enjoy. This summer, the series will make its debut on A&E.

The new episodes will include additional fan-favorite Robertsons in addition to Willie and Korie’s family, including Miss Kay, Uncle Si, John Luke, Sadie, Will, Bella, and Rebecca.

However, A&E did not mention Phil Robertson, the father of the Robertson family, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, a fact that the family acknowledged in December.

According to TMZ, Jase Robertson said on an episode of the “Unashamed with The Robertson Family” podcast that Phil has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, which is a degenerative brain ailment. This has made it difficult for the Duck Commander president to cope in recent times.

However, it is uncertain if Phil would have been accepted back on the network if it weren’t for the health battle. As you know, he generated controversy with homophobic and racist words in a 2014 GQ magazine interview, which prompted him to be momentarily suspended.

After 11 seasons on the television, “Duck Dynasty” came to an end in 2017. However, it is obvious that the Robertsons are eager to take flight again.
